Product Description
DOWSIL CC-3122 Conformal Coating is a one-part, translucent, moisture-cure silicone conformal coating for printed circuit board assemblies. Typical viscosity is 80 mPa s, with dip and spray listed as application methods, and the coating reaches a tack-free condition in 6 minutes at 50% RH. The formulation contains no added solvent and includes a UV indicator. After cure, the material has a typical hardness of 75 Shore A. It is used for environmental, corrosion, and dielectric protection of PCBAs and for thin-section encapsulation and protection of electronic assemblies.
