Product Description
DOWSIL HC 2000 Conformal Coating is a one-part, translucent, flowable silicone coating for electronic assemblies. It cures at room temperature without added solvents and reaches a typical tack-free condition in 18 minutes at 25 deg C. Controlled silicone volatility and a 150 cP viscosity suit spray, brush, flow, and selected automated coating methods. After cure, the material has a typical dielectric strength of 33 kV/mm and volume resistivity of 1.0E17 ohm*cm. The coating is used on rigid and flexible circuit boards, connectors, sensors, sensitive components, relays, and high-tolerance devices.
