Product Description
DOWSIL™ SH 850 LTV is a two-part, 1-to-1 mix polydimethylsiloxane silicone encapsulant designed for electrical and PCB assembly protection. This flowable encapsulant cures to a flexible elastomer and offers UL94 V-0 flammability classification for applications requiring electrical insulation and flame-retardant performance. The material features a robust 1:1 mix ratio that simplifies processing, a six-hour working time at 25°C, and can be cured at room temperature or heat cured for faster production cycles. DOWSIL™ SH 850 LTV is suitable for power supplies, inverters, and other electronic assemblies where environmental protection, electrical insulation, and component encapsulation are important.
