Product Description
LOCTITE ABLESTIK E 3517 is a one-part, black, graphite-filled epoxy sealant for applications requiring low electrical conductivity. Viscosity is 3,000 to 6,000 mPa s at 25 deg C, and the material has good dispense and flow behavior. A pot life of more than five days at 18 to 25 deg C supports an extended processing window. Heat-cure options are 2 hours at 120 deg C or 1 hour at 150 deg C. After cure at 150 deg C, volume resistivity is at most 3 x 10^4 ohm cm and tensile lap shear strength is more than 9 MPa.
