Main features

  • Non-Sag Anchor-Hole Application
  • 20-Minute Anchor Placement Window
  • Seismic Anchoring and Grouting

Product Description

LOCTITE EA 7363 is a two-component, 100% solids epoxy anchoring grout for securing threaded rod, bolts, rebar, and dowels in concrete, grout-filled block, and other non-reinforced masonry. Resin and hardener mix 1:1 by volume to form a grey, non-sag paste with a 20-minute working time at 25 deg C. The material cures at room temperature, with a 4-hour cure time at 25 deg C. Typical cured compressive strength at yield is 79 N/mm^2 after a 7-day cure at 24 deg C. Applications include seismic anchoring and bracing plus grouting dowel and tie bars in concrete repair.

Key features

  • Equal-Volume Epoxy Mixing: Resin and hardener mix 1:1 by volume.
  • Non-Sag Anchor Placement: The mixed grey paste has a non-sag consistency for anchor-hole application.
  • Anchor-Placement Working Time: Mixed material has a 20-minute working time at 25 deg C.

Applications

Anchoring threaded rod, bolts, rebar, and dowels; seismic anchoring and bracing; grouting in concrete, block, and masonry substrates.
