Product Description

H.B. Fuller MP54190 Epoxy Adhesive combines a mineral-filled two-part epoxy formulation with semi-flexible cured behavior for bonding metals and plastics. The translucent liquid components mix 1:1 by volume or 103:100 by weight and produce a typical mixed viscosity of 80,000 cP. A 100 g batch provides a 60-minute pot life at 25 deg C for cartridge or meter-mix-dispense application. Cure requires 48-72 hours at 23 deg C or 2 hours at 66 deg C. The cured epoxy reaches 60% elongation, 12.4 MPa overlap shear on acid-etched aluminum, and 16.1 kV/mm dielectric strength.
