Product Description
Plexus PC-120 Cleaner/Conditioner is a fast-drying metal surface treatment used before bonding aluminum and stainless steel with Plexus adhesives. The chemical cleaner and conditioner is applied by brushing or wiping, then allowed to dry slightly before excess material is removed. A red dye leaves a visible tint, giving operators a direct indication that a thin film has been applied. At ambient temperature, treated parts can be bonded 1-3 minutes after application. Approximate coverage is 250 sq ft per 500 ml, making PC-120 suited to controlled metal pretreatment where long-term bond durability under demanding exposure is required.
