Product Description

Sikaflex-201 US is a one-component, moisture-curing polyurethane sealant for permanent flexible and elastic industrial seals. Its non-sag consistency supports controlled joint filling, while a four-hour skin time at 23 deg C and 50% relative humidity allows additional working time before tooling. The cured sealant has 550% elongation and a Shore A hardness of 45 under ASTM D412 and CQP023-1 / ISO 48-4. It can be sanded and painted after skin formation and is used for joints, seams, and gaps in HVAC systems, metal buildings, tanks, grain bins, and non-vehicular window perimeters.
