Product Description
Permabond MT382 is a two-part, self-leveling modified epoxy adhesive for sealing, bonding, electronic potting, and encapsulation. The system mixes 2:1 by volume and combines a 20-50 minute pot life at 25 deg C with a 105-120 minute handling time. Part A is a black epoxy resin and Part B is a yellow polyamine hardener, producing a charcoal-black mixed material. The cured epoxy provides 150-200% elongation, 140-160 N/25 mm peel strength on aluminum, and 0.47 W/(m K) thermal conductivity. Applications include nylon, ABS, polycarbonate, other supported plastics, and metal assemblies.
