Product Description

Plexus MA1020 is a two-part, 10:1 methacrylate adhesive with very low cure shrinkage and very low odor for structural bonding of thermoplastic, metal, and composite assemblies. At 74 deg F (23 deg C), it provides a 5-6 minute work time and reaches approximately 75% of ultimate strength in 15-20 minutes. The non-sagging blue system fills gaps from 0.75 to 9.5 mm. Typical cured properties include 9.0-11.0 MPa tensile strength, 10-20% elongation, and 65 Shore D hardness.
