Product Description

Plexus MA320 is a two-part, 10:1 methacrylate adhesive for structural bonding of thermoplastic, metal, and composite assemblies in transportation, marine, wind-energy, and engineering-construction applications. The non-sagging grade provides a 10-11 minute work time at 75 deg F (23.9 deg C) and a 0.75-9.5 mm gap tolerance. Typical cured properties include 12.4-15.2 MPa tensile strength, 40-80% elongation, and 64 Shore D hardness. The formulation is supplied in white, off-white, or black and provides toughness at low temperatures.
