Product Description
Plexus MA8105 Methacrylate Structural Adhesive is a direct-to-metal, two-part methacrylate structural adhesive for industrial and transportation assemblies. The 1:1 system supports primerless bonding to raw and coated metals, including galvanized steel, and also bonds thermoplastics, polyamides such as nylon, and composites. Its low-odor, non-filled formulation is paired with high strength, high elongation, toughness, and fatigue resistance for dissimilar-material joints. MA8105 cures tack-free and is suited to multi-material assembly where reducing primer steps and using a simple equal-ratio mix can streamline the bonding process.
